Good Morning Nov 2, 2021

Good morning. We had a very nice pre-sunrise sky this morning. Just sat and watched it unfold, so beautiful. It started quite dark and muddy with the sliver of the moon high above. Then bit by bit bands of color started to show and then brighten, ending with a warm glow just before the sun popped up. Just me and the song of the mockingbirds for company, and the wide desert sky. Well, there were also a few cars here and there leaving for work but I had eyes only for the sky. Happy Tuesday! - Michele

I found a red rose, and the olives and lemons are getting very ripe. Just saw a yellow warbler too, but missed that shot. Beautiful morning here.

A white-crowned sparrow at the patio fountain this morning. They are just winter visitors here and I'm always happy to have them back.
