Good Afternoon, Oct 15 2021

Good afternoon. I had some things to take care of of this morning but managed to sit outside for a short while and had lots of visits from the lesser goldfinches. I also saw my first dark eyed junco of the season, had a visit from a female red winged blackbird, and saw a few ravens fly over. The white crowned sparrows were singing sweetly, but I think they wanted me to move away from the suet, which is something they find hard to resist. My knee feels much better and the ankle and hands are coming along too. Happy Friday. - Michele
