Today's watercolor I call "Evening Rose" - sort of like the last rose of summer which is just now winding down here in Southern California. It's done in late afternoon fall light and the background I took from a piece of stone (malachite) that I have in my posession.

I especially love nature, but I am also fascinated by people and like to paint them as well.
