WHITE FRANGIPANI- Watercolor
Original available at http://michelerossfineartist.com/detail/64.html
I absolutely love white frangipani, or plumerias as they are called in Hawaii. White ones are so showy and of course the scent is simply divine.
Reviews so far:
"The sunshine is wonderful."
"Just awesome! "
"Exquisite! Love the shadows in the flowers. "
"killer droplets!!!! "

Stunning painting Michele! I just LOVE both the flowers and the leaves.
ReplyDeleteThanks Maree!
ReplyDeleteMakes me long for Hawaii...I can smell them now. Not an easy flower to paint well, despite their apparent simplicity, to capture their structure with delicacy and such light is a real talent. It's apparent that you love tropical beauty and sunshine just with this painting!
ReplyDeleteThank you Celeste, yes it's very true that I love the tropics very much!
